Hello everyone I have a question??????

I had an Right Ectopic Pregnancy and I had to have surgery the baby was in my Right Tube. My OBGYN suppose to have taken my Right Tube. When I got out of surgery he told me that my left tube was healthy and I can have a baby by April 2016 I started going to a Fertility Clinic where they help couples have babies I was only going because I only had 40% chance of getting pregnant on my own and plus I only had one Fallopian Tube Left and that was the Left Tube. Okay the people at the Fertility Clinic set me an appointment to do an HSG test where they check my Tubes to see if they are there my results came back saying Left Tube is NOT there, Right Tube is 1cm Visulaize. Do I have the right to sue him because he was not suppose to go on my left side at all he was suppose to only worried about the Right side cause that's the side where the baby was in I still have the scares from the surgery because they not going away I went to talk to him I ask him to let me see the pictures of my tubes he told me and my mom that they was blurry for him to show me I need so advice! My last visit with him he told me that he seen where my left tube was scare but that's not what he told my family when I got out of surgery  and if you read the medical report only thing it talks about is my Right Tube been removed it don't even say that he even look on my left side it basically don't say nothing about my left side...ANY THING YOU DO IN A HOPISTAL SURGERY A DOCTOR  SUPPOSE TO ALWAYS BE WRITE IT DOWN! I need some opinions on what to do ladies!!
