I'm 5weeks 3 days, first pregnancy, and I get major cramps when I try to poop... did this happen to anybody? I'm kind of worried... thanks mama's!

Yeah, all those ligaments go alittle crazy for a while. And slight cramping/tightening will happen after sex or after you orgasam.
