Depressed, 6 days late going in for a blood test and af came

I'm so depressed right now I am still just having minor red and brown spotting but I lm pretty sure it's coming so I'm not going to my appointment it's just like a cruel joke I was literally waiting to go see them to confirm a pregnancy after three faint positives do you guys think it was a chemical pregnancy? Or is some bleeding normal? I don't know I think I'm out this month though after being so close!
