Cramping and no period what does this mean ?

Im a couple days late on my period and I feel heavy cramping and my breast are even getting bigger and they hurt like my regular cycle but no spotting or bleeding yet. What does this mean ?

It may be your period. I mean if you are having bad cramps and stuff it sounds like your period. Sometimes our cycle changes. I know that this is nerve racking but try not to stress. If it will ease your mind, take a test. I don't think that you are pregnant though
