I started spotting May 29. By the 1st it got a little heavier and finally warranted wearing a tampon. On the 4th, it was back to spotting. And the spotting just won't stop. Sometimes there are clots and sometimes they are stringy. I've called my doctor and left a message with the nurse. I've used their online portal and sent a message. They haven't gotten back to me. Should I be concerned? Typically since getting the mirena out in November 2015, my periods are on time and 3-4 days. We're trying to get pregnant. I just want to know what is going on. Should I go to the ER if I can't get my doctor to call me back?
