Breastmilk stinks!?

When my baby pulls off lately, his mouth smells like onions or armpit so bad! I asked the Dr if that was normal and she kinda laughed it off :-/ I feel gross.  Anyone else have this? And no, I haven't eaten onions lol

My breast milk smells like onion or something. I only notice it sometimes. Funny thing is I didn't even have unions yesterday :)

I spilt two drops of breastmilk on my pants today when pumping and was paranoid the world would smell my onion breastmilk and immediately showered :)

My son had smelly breath after eating.. Turns out he had reflux!

Yes I've got it too!! Couldn't figure the smell out for a few days and then realized it was my boob when he was latched on and not actually my milk (which smells sweet) I have noticed it's gotten better and better. I think at almost 7 weeks pp, my hormones are finally regulating.

Could be reflux... I've heard their breath can be sour smelling.
