Post C Section Back Pain
Hi! I'm almost 4 weeks PP and have terrible (sometimes severe) lower back pain. I haven't been doing anything strenuous to cause the pain.
I've read that this might be due to the epidural and/or c-section.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
