Cervical Cramps?

So a few days ago I've felt cramps. Some days I feel as if my ovaries would explode( I can still tolerate the pain) but for me it's not normal. I haven't had my period in a few months but I am NOT pregnant. At night when I sleep I feel the inside of my cervix hot ( I didn't feel inside) but I could feel it super warm. It stings but it hurts and its not abdominal cramps. I don't know how to explain it. I'm not really sure what it could be.
