After sex, do you immediately get up and go pee or lay there for x amount of time? I've always heard to go pee immediately after to prevent infections, but how does the sperm stay up there? I've always just laid down mostly because I was too tired after lol. Just curious to what you other ladies do

I've read you're supposed to lay down for 10 min...BUT also that sperm will reach where it's supposed to go within seconds. I always wait 10 min just to be safe.

I pee, sperm move to the cervix within seconds. Also, if you do kegels it will push the sperm out, so avoid kegels
