Any mascara causes tiny irritating bumps.. Help!
So I only occasionally wear mascara, hence how I narrowed down which type of make up is doing this.. I WAS using old mascara, and I figured it was expired or had bacteria in it.
HOWEVER I bought a brand new Ulta Mascara, opened the seal this morning and within 12 hours I had another one. I'd never see them if I didn't feel them irritating my eye.
I thought trying brand new mascara would fix this!! Please help! :((
