Mastitis or no?
I have a low grade fever and general malaise. My breasts are both hot and sore, but I have no redness and doesn't feel like any blockage. The soreness could possibly be from squeezing out milk when I'm engorged in the middle of the night.
I also read it's really uncommon for both breasts to be infected at the same time, so I'm unconvinced it's mastitis. Just don't know what's causing the hotness?
