Not sure on this test

Hey everyone. This is my first time TTC. I'm so nervous I could throw up (I'm sure I will by week 6 haha) but I'm confused by this faint line. Is it still a positive? I had blood work done today but they won't confirm with me till tomorrow. I've been reading about false positives. What does that even mean?! Help!
