Is this normal please help?..... 😭

Okay so he has been moving quite a lot the past two days and tonight. I dont know of I am just freaking out but I started having these cramping feelings. And more on my left side. Just really an uncomfortable feeling. Please tell me if this is normal. I am 20 weeks and 5 days 😭😭😭😭😭 Oh and I usually dont have this cramping feeling ever since I got pregnant.....

Yesss baby an uterus is growing which means they are pushing everything over an back your ligaments are stretching.I'm on my second I have really bad this time.when I laugh, cough,sneeze,move,a certain way or just cuz...but as long as its not to point where u can't move an are crying its sooo  normal.  Sitting down might help .walking .posture ,lying on your side ,put your self in doggy position an relax it releives pressure an stretching ur hamstrings will that relieves a lot of aces ...

Cramping feelings are normal- between ligaments stretching, and BH. I wouldn't worry unless they become unbearable
