Is this normal please help?..... 😭

Okay so he has been moving quite a lot the past two days and tonight. I dont know of I am just freaking out but I started having these cramping feelings. And more on my left side. Just really an uncomfortable feeling. Please tell me if this is normal. I am 20 weeks and 5 days 😭😭😭😭😭 Oh and I usually dont have this cramping feeling ever since I got pregnant.....
