Any advice ladies?

I've been getting shooting pains in my boobs and they're tender but not swolen and minor cramps in my lower abdomen. I also just had diarrhea (sorry tmi) I'm only 3 DPO according to Glow...I know it's too early to be implantation. What could this be? Any advice?
