Leg cramping????

I keep getting severe cramping in my legs during the night. Anyone else suffering from this, and how do you combat it? Thanks!

Everytime I try going to sleep, my legs get all achy and cramps. I usually soak them in warm water or do some stretching exercises to relieve the pain. It's called restless leg syndrome. It could be because of iron deficiency

Yes, I've had it but very few times. Stretching, yoga, working out no less than 30 mins a day, tons of water, and calcium magnesium all help! In fact, better than anything else I've tried in my previous  pregnancies.

I've heard eating more potassium... My doc suggested bananas specifically and also drinking plenty of water during the day. I've been getting bad charley horse cramps in my calf muscles at night for the past  eek or so. All I have to do is point my toes and I'm cramping instantly.

Calcium and magnesium will help! I have similar issues. When I take my vitamins it goes away every time.

Charlie horse cramps are a cardinal sign of calcium deficiency. Take calcium with
Vitamin d to improve your absorption!

My doctor told me I need more calcium. She said the baby is taking all of my calcium so, she told to drink milk, eat yogurt, milk shakes and eat Tums

A Charley horse... I hate it so much.. I normally get it around 7 months and up...  So bad to where I tear up.
