My blood pressure is usually low (around 104/68) but since I started taking it (started on the second day of my cycle), my body temp has gone up and randomly I checked my BP 2 days ago and it was 148/95 which is unusually high for me and then the next day it was just as high in the 140s mark. So yesterday, I didn't take the tea to check to see if it was the tea that was making my blood pressure rise so high

So yesterday

1. No tea

2. also  got a massage and acupuncture treatment 

I refrained from taking it today during the day because I didn't want it to disrupt my day and am taking it now at home before bed.

Anybody out there have a similar reaction?
