legally, if I ask to be induced at 40 weeks, can a doctor deny that? I'm just curious; I have an appointment at 10am and I would like to be induced by Tuesday at the latest. my little bity frame isn't doing well this far into the pregnancy, and it's taking a huge toll in everything I do. I just want to know if a doctor can legally deny to induce me at 40 weeks.
