Lactose intolerance pregnant

Oh my gosh. Iv been drinking milk every morning and been fine. Now i drink milk in the morning and i am on the toilet for 15 minutes or more at work! Anyone developed an intolerance during pregnancy?? I have never had this issue until the past week
