I drink this and Core Organic juices all the time due to the very low caffeine content. My OBGYN said its safe especially since I'm still suffering from caffeine withdrawals. 😅

I'm 34 weeks it will clean you out but I drink them every now and again. I love them but it definitely will flush your system my bm smelled like blueberries the last time I had one.
