What are the must haves ?!??

I am still early in my pregnancy but i cant stop thinking...

What do i really need two of?!?

I have everything from my boys except a highchair - swing, bumbo, carrier, jumperoo, matt....

Moms that already have twins what do you think are the basics that you need two of?

Our twin girls are 5.5 months now and you definitely don't need two of everything! If your playmat gym seems a little small it is nice to have two of those. Other than that we have one swing one bouncy seat and one exosaucer. We're looking into getting a second bumbo and just got our second high chair. It's also nice to have two carriers so when we go out if they're both being fussy we can just  wear them or if the store is too small for the double stroller we don't have to try to navigate.

We also still have the girls in the same crib...they're starting to get big but they like each other's company and like to hold hands or just have someone near to snuggle with (even if it's a foot in the face lol).

I have question ladies: my family wants to buy 2 cribs for the twins but my 2 year old still sleeps in her cribs on occasions. I don't want 3 cribs in one room. Is there a polite way to say "Please don't waste your money on 2 more cribs that we will barely use!" Or will they be beneficial later on?

My twins aren't here yet but I plan on having two swings, bumbos, high chairs. It seems like mostly anything they sit in you would need two of. I plan on putting them in the same pack n play and crib (until they get bigger)
But also following hoping some ladies with experience will post!
