Any home remedy ideas? 🤔

Hey ladies! I'm curious to see if anyone has tried any home remedies THAT WORK to get rid of a BV. 
My fiancé and I had some 'hot tub fun' a while back and I haven't been the same since! I already went to the Dr and got a antibiotic that got rid of it and now it's back! I don't want to keep taking antibiotics as it messes up my system so I'm looking for a natural approach to fix the problem! 
I've read about soaking a tampon in milk, yogurt or peroxide and leaving it in for a few hours, but I was hoping to find someone with some experience and tell me what worked for them! Thank you I really appreciate it!

I use the plain yogurt and lay there for an hour..I try to do it twice a day, usually takes a week but feels better right away.

A douche with half purified water and half hydrogen peroxide helps. The vagina has hydrogen peroxide in it to kill the bad bacteria and bv comes from a lack of the good bacteria that produce hydrogen peroxide and lactic acid that kill off the bacteria. After a yogurt tampon replenishes good bacteria. Eating plain white yogurt with active live cultures everyday and taking a probiotic will help replenish the good bacteria and i highly recommend it. Also coconut oil is soothing and is a natural antibacterial too.

You may be having a pH balance problem. There is a supplement on the market called RePHresh that can help. If that doesn't help, I would urge you to talk to your doctor again and tell her that it is reoccurring and see what else can be done.
