Thyroid disease

I was just diagnosed as having hypothyroidism. Apparently my TSH levels are high for a healthy 32 year old, and too high for someone trying to conceive or maintain a pregnancy. My doctor put me on Levothyroxine and told me to come back if we don't get pregnant in two cycles. After 5 months of TTC, a chemical, and lots of cramping/spotting through out the month, I am SO hopeful that this is the answer to our problems.
