Bigger boobs little lactating is dried on tip of my nipple before entering the shower

Me and my fiancé have been tryin for bout 3 months my boobs got a lot bigger and were sore and started noticing little bit of dried lactation some before gettin a shower for the day I was late on my period 4 days and woke up the next morning and started bleeding as I was peeing on a pregnancy test been bleeding for bout 4 days but it's been light have no clue what is goin on .....
