Anyone else not feel pregnant?

I'm 6 weeks tomorrow. I don't feel pregnant apart from really sore boobs and feeling nauseous every once in a while. I just don't feel like I have a baby inside me it doesn't feel real lol. It won't kick in until I have my first scan and see the baby.. Is anyone else feeling like this? It seems like it's going sooo slow 😩

Yes definitely mostly only fatigue and tired once in awhile sore boobs I can't wait till my 8 week

I'm just over 5 weeks and I feel no different. I don't know if I'm starting to get a bump yet or I'm just bloated. I've had no symptoms yet. I feel same as you it won't feel real until I have my first scan and I can see baby :)

I'm so tired but I really feel no different. I see my baby in 26 days hopefully that will make it feel more real.
