What's the most effective Monistat??

What's best? Monistat 3 or 7? Those were the 2 that my gyno recommend and which type works best, the cream kind or the little capsules? Thanks ladies!

They both work effectively in my opinion; it depends on the severity for me. If my yeast infection is really aggressive, three days won't finish the job - whereas it will if I catch it in the beginning. I prefer the seven day because it's a fuller, longer treatment and really ensures the infection is defeated.
