Spotting question

Did anybody have light spotting days after a transvaginal? I had a trans done in tuesday to measure cervical length. This afternoon when i wiped, the toilet paper was smeared pink. Like the very beginning of a period. Nothing before and so far nothing after. I called the drs office and they told me that was normal. But ive never had that happen before. I was just curious if any of you ladies experienced this ?
