Baby's head or butt???

How can u tell the difference between the hard spots in your stomach from head to butt to feet to so on ???

For me, I know he is head down because my doctor told me.. So from there I could eliminate the head. But when he stretches his legs he kicks out and his feet come out on my right side and his bum sticks out of my left side. I can tell it's his bum cause it's just bigger surface area than little feet. And the movements on my right side are more sporadic so i just know they're feet!

Typically they say that the hard part of it moves away from your push could be the head. 
 I know mine is head down and has been for awhile because of location of kicks. Also, depending on how far along you are if babe is head down and engaged you can actually feel babes head of you palpate the inside upper portion of your vagina. I am 36+4 and I don't have to feel far to feel a hard bump there (of course with clean hands)

Not sure if this helps feel it but I knew he was head down because the hiccups felt on/below my pubic bone. With that said the movements under my upper ribs were therefore legs/feet.  All of that has been confirmed via U/S but that how I "knew"
