Perfect use but late on- pregnant?

Hey guys so posting this because I am stressed out! 
Basically my last period ended on 17th May and I had condomless sex that night. That night was however my 2nd day back on my new pill pack which I had taken, I've continued the pack perfectly too. However I am now on my fourth of 7 day break from the pills which is my usual period start day and I'm still not on. Sometimes I do come on on the fifth day but this has happened rarely. 
I'm worried as I have seen a discharge in my knickers today instead of what should be blood. I have cramps and back pain but no period I'm so worried- any suggestions? Could I really be pregnant on perfect use of the pill? 😩

I'm basically in the same boat. My Nipples specifically one nippie has been so sore. 😂 I've had cramps, pretty bad like period cramps for almost 2 weeks. I start my sugar pills in 2 more days and I have this nervous feeling my period just won't come this time, last months was really light and I've been a perfect user for over a year. I highly doubt your pregnant though as when taken perfectly without any antibiotics or interferences, you have about a 0.1% chance of being pregnant. Even if he came inside of you.

Your period can arrive any day of your break week - stress delays this. 
By a perfect user do you mean timing of taking pill as well as accounting for diarrhoea, vomiting and interfering medication? If so you're 99.7% protected and it's highly, highly unlikely you're pregnant
