Removed bc implant
I need some advice!
So I had nexplanon for 4 years, and I got it removed last week on Thursday. The military nurse practitioner said that once nexplanon is removed, it only takes 24 hours for the hormones to be completely out of your body. She also said I should have a visit from af within a day or two. I had some spotting yesterday, thinking it was my period, but nothing today?? And the nurse also told me I could get pregnant as soon as the next day.
It's very hard to track my period, because while I was on bc, I would get it for 10-30 days at a time, or for 3 days, or not get it for two months.
So was yesterday my period?? Or just weird spotting? And if not, when do I test??
