Pressure down there when peeing?

Whenever I pee, I feel a heaviness and immense pressure down there - it feels like my vagina is super swollen. I'm 12 days PP and have stitches. Is anyone else experiencing this kinda pressure? What have you done to relieve it?

Oh yes. Four weeks out now. Had stitches as well. Heaviness is going away but I still notice it when going for walks and doing stairs. I know from discussions with a specialized trainer that I won't be working out for many more weeks until I recover. I will be doing a special pelvic floor recovery program for 8 weeks starting next week.

Read about prolapsed uteruses, as pelvic floor recovery is no joke. Take care, go slow, and listen to your body!!!

I also have that! I'm four weeks out now- it is less frequent. But I still feel pretty swollen especially in the front. I had a grade two laceration. That feels healed- I've read it can be nerve damage and it takes months for that heaviness/pressure to go away
