Why does my vagina smell like caramel?

Does anyone else's discharge or panties smell sweet? Like oddly sweet? I first noticed it when I used the bathroom but now I feel like I can smell it through my shorts. I'm worried I could be leaking amniotic fluid because people have described it to smell like that. I don't feel any wetter than normal.

The cereal that I eat can affect the smell "down there". I had Honey Smacks and it smelled very sweet for a couple days. I was worried too, but it turned out to be nothing lol!

I've had that a couple of times. I even went to the hospital the first time because I thought I was leaking amniotic fluid. They checked my urine, did an ultrasound, and checked my cervix and everything seemed fine. They said it could be a bit of leaking, but weren't sure and weren't worried about it. Like a previous comment, I think I had too much sugar the day before! It went away after a short time.

Yeah sometimes mine does and it's either because I'm about to get a yeast infection or I've had a lot of sugar that day and I'll go and have a doctor's appointment I'll be like you have a lot of sugar in your pee and I'll be like yeah I can tell
