Boyfriend wants me to meet his ex?!

So my boyfriend wants me to meet his ex because he has a child with her expect we have only being going out for 3-4 months and I feel like that is to soon do you agree?! And he gets mad at me when I say I'm not wanting to yet :( any advice

Are you around the child?  I sure would want to know who is around my kid even though they've only been together a little while.

The mother has every right to know everyone that is Or is going to be around her child. Meeting her means meeting her. It doesn't mean you have to be best friends.

If you have met his child and are around the child, then it's perfectly acceptable to meet her.   I sure would want to me someone that was around my child.  Like it or not she's a big part of his life and always will be.

I think it's a good thing. He is probably just trying to be respectful to his ex. Especially if he plans to bring the child around you.

I've been with my boyfriend almost a year, been around his child for around 4 months, and I JUST met her mom yesterday. idk about him introducing you so early, but maybe it's a good thing.

If the child he has with her knows you and likes you and might talk to the mom about you then you should meet the mother of maybe your future step child. If the kid doesn't know you and doesn't talk about you then wait a little longer
