Is spotting during FSH injections normal?

Question

So..I'm day 4 into FSH injections. (Gonal-F and Menopur) and today there has been light spotting and moderate cramping. I called my doc and he said everything is still OK and actually lowered my dosage for Gonal. 
Anybody else experience something like this? It's my first IVF and my anxiety is through the roof right now.

This is my first IVF & I have been on Menopur & Gonal F for 6 days now & every day I have a little spotting & slight cramps. My doc raised my Gonal & said its normal!

2 days into the same meds also with bleeding and cramping (finished bcp sunday). My nurses said its ok and to take Tylenol for pain. My first ivf too. Good luck!
