I just had my second lap surgery 4 days ago to remove a 4cm endometrioma from my right ovary, and had my endo burned off. My husband and I have been ttc for almost 8 mos with no luck. My doctor said that having the lap would increase my chances of conceiving, he also said that the first month is often the most effective in conceiving. Are there any success stories out there? How long did after surgery did u become pregnant? Did u take any supplements? (Fertilaid, fertilitea, pre seed) any advice?
