Negative pregnancy test 1

My period is due on the 30 th I know I am too early to test but i did and it was negative. My symptoms have been increased hunger major mood swings and most recently this dull cramping that won't stop ! I was up last night just feeling this never ending cramping yet no blood , my boobs are starting to get tender ( my nipples are so hard tmi) I know I shouldn't be so sad about the negative but anyone have a similar experience and later test positive :)??
