Clotting periods after 17 week loss

My loss was at 17 weeks. Since then I am on my 3rd period. First was normal. The second I ended up in the hospital because I was bleeding so badly. I fainted at the hospital. Since I have seen my ob and my ultrasound is clear. On my third period ...was kind of hoping to be pregnant but I'm bleeding profusely again. Has anyone had this happen? My hormones are a disaster zone.
