Any advise please..

So today is 4 days before my period is due, we are TTC for like 5 months now, I took a opk test and it was positive so I have sex the day after, the 14 (the day I ovulated). Today I'm having strong cramps and pain in my lower back also my breast are tender I'm worried that it might be AF ?... Any advise or comment will be appreciated thanks...
