So I'm 18 and I'm trying to conceive for baby number two after a mc at 17 weeks. We've been trying for a year and some months now. I've just started taking prenatal vitamins for a month now. I've been having these strange dreams of me being pregnant in different trimesters. My parents were in my dreams ( they've both passed) but the whole time I dreamed of the baby being a boy, and I gave birth to the baby boy. Last time I dreamed like this I was dreaming of girls and I got pregnant with a boy. So anyone else been having strange dreams leading up to ovulation day and then later found out you were pregnant...??? Please help.
