Anyone else dealing with/have dealt with an out of state divorce with an ex husband who keeps dodging attempts to serve him? I've now tried and failed to serve him by mail twice and I'm going to have to pay a process server in his state to serve him in person for me. Please tell me I'm not the only one with issues. We've been separated for three years and I'm with someone else, I'm soo over it!!

Update: I'm dealing with filing myself in Maryland and he's in Texas dodging the already in place child support order of 5 years, if I can get proof of service I can get what is called a decree of default, basically I get my divorce on the basis that he didn't care enough to sign the paperwork
