BFN and No AF

Okay so I'm very confused someone help me out here! I'm a day late but I'm wondering if it's a lot harder getting pregnant with baby #3 and only having a 24day cycle? I took a hpt today and it was BFN and AF should of been here yesterday I'm never late someone help me out?
