Anyone been successful with getting pregnant when only one ovary had mature follicles? Usually both ovaries have follicles but none over 15/16mm this month (round3, 50mg) my left wasn't showing mature follicles on cd12 but my right side my doctor said looked amazing I had a 17&20mm😏 so just wondering. My doctor said it totally can happen with just one ovary maturing but just wanted to see if anyone have😏 anything helps. Currently in my fertile week should ovulate on the 12th!
