I just am hoping someone else has been through this

I am having a tough time right now I am in the hospital due to my cervix being dilated to 2cm and starting to thin out.... I will be 29 weeks on Sunday I am so scared because he could come early and not only am I 2cm dilated my cervix is measuring at .08mm I just hope someone has been through this and can help me..... Don't mean to sound rude about having someone else go through this but I just feel like I am alone.....
