Please help- sharp pains in left side

I am 12 weeks, 2 days pregnant with my first pregnancy. We had a great scan on Monday with an active, healthy baby. For the last 36 hours or so I've had a sharp jabbing pain only in my left side. It isn't constant, but does happen every hour(ish) and goes away until the next one. It hurts to lay certain ways, it feels like a knife in my side. I've had no bleeding and no other symptoms. Any ideas or has anybody else experienced this?? It's Saturday and I can't get into the doctor until Monday. I'm so worried. Thank you so much!!
