How do I.....

Move past the fact he "cheated" me.... I want to give him another chance I'm a firm believer in the fact that people change but Idk how I can just forget it and move on .... I forgive him but I just can't forget and every time I think about what he did I still get mad. Maybe I don't know how to forgive? I rarely give 2nd chances...We live 3 hours away and were together for 1 year 2 months....
