It looks like implantation but stop using tampons! If you're concerned, call your ob/gyn. Not to scare you...3 weeks ago I was spotting that increased to light period. I called my ob/gyn and turned out I was preggos just a couple days after my af. Unfortunately, 1 week later i was in the er for an ectopic pregnency. I'm just glad I was aware that I was pregnant early and didn't ignore my bleeding or pain.

Looks like implantation. I had neon-pink blood like this at 8dpo. Long story, but still not certain if I am pregnant. Had a day and a half period, which was very odd, but haven't been able to test in days. Good luck!
