Help please

Hi,

I had a natural miscarriage on the 9th April and I bled for 10 days then stopped. I started bleeding again until today. I went for a scan 2 weeks ago and they thought I was pregnant again and I did blood test and It was negative. I asked them what it was they mentioned tissues left. So I have to wait for my period to come for it to come out.

Anyways I went for a scan again 4 days ago and they said there's only a tiny bit of tissues left but if I am fed up with the bleeding I should do a D&C.

I'm not sure what to do. I can't even tell whether my bleeding is my period or not and I've been bleeding for so long..

So I guess my question is should I wait until

all the tissues come out which means I don't know when or do a D&C ?
