This sounds pretty rough but if he was right in the first place, he wouldn't have blocked you. If he truly was your soulmate and he did "love" you? He would have sympathy enough to not block you. If he liked you still he would want you to check up on him. Best thing to do is read. Find things or books that relate to your pain and it'll make you angry, so angry that you'll get over him. That's what helped me. Someone will come along and show you why you and him never worked out in the first place. Trust me. I didn't want to believe it because I used to be in love with my ex but now I found someone that made me forget him.
