Can I thaw and refreeze breast milk?

I just had my baby 2 weeks ago. Since then, she's had major trouble latching. We've just been pumping and giving her a bottle. There's always at least 4-6 ounces extra that she doesn't eat. I've been putting this in baby bottles, covering them in Saran Wrap and putting them in my freezer.
I would like to move this milk to breast milk bags (I finally felt good enough to go to the store and get some!😂).
Can I thaw out the already frozen milk and refreeze it? Is it just better to keep it in the bottles or will it get bad faster being in a bottle?

Keep what you pump in the fridge and feed 2 oz at a time. If she wants more, make a new botte

Never referee thawed breast milk.
As long as the bottles are air tight it should be fine left in bottle in the freezer. If you don't feel comfortable leaving the milk in bottle, thaw out the breast milk that's in bottle and give to baby. Start freezing the new milk in the bags. Good luck!

Actually You shouldn't thaw and refreeze any food due to bacteria growth. And I guess if it's bad for adults and normal food, it's a no-go for breastmilk and babies.
