Why is my baby spitting up

We use dr brown bottles, and breastfeed. I dont think she has gas, because she ALWAYS has a good burp after feedings. She isnt nursing long enough to make me think she over ate. Shes not keeping any of her milk down. Super lethargic, no fever that i can tell of. Normal poops. This has been over the last 2 days. Any guesses.?

If your baby is lethargic and not keeping food down, go to the doctor.

Call the doctor if she's lethargic and not keeping milk down. Vomiting and spit up are hard to tell apart in babies and it could be vomit if your little one has been doing it consistently. Is she still peeing a normal amount? If not she may be dehydrated which can be dangerous.

Do you keep your babies head elevated while feeding and for a while after? Mine spits up if she's too horizontal while nursing or if I don't sit her up for 15 minutes or so after she's done.

My baby had acid reflux as soon as we changed formula to Similac sensitive and breastmilk he was fine.

My son was a very sicky baby but never in pain. He would always spit up after his feeds but he was bottle and formula fed (Mam at first and the Dr Browns). I was always asking health professionals until he was 5 months and then I gave up and accepted it. They just said that its common in small early babies especially boys and that it would stop when he was on solids. It did stop when he was 8 months old and on proper solid foods. 
My daughter is 2 weeks old and have only used Mam bottles with her (again formula fed) and she only sometimes does a little spit up if shes been greedy.
Its worth asking just incase it is acid reflux or something.
